Payment Terms, Plans and Fees:
Each family is required to establish a FACTS agreement regardless of the payment plan selected. FACTS will collect all tuition and incidental charges and will assess a nominal one-time enrollment fee based on the payment plan that is selected.
We require an enrollment fee of $350 that will be paid to FACTS during the online enrollment process. Enrollment fees are in addition to the base tuition listed above. These fees secure the student’s spot on the roster and are non-refundable. This fee is required for the re-enrollment of each student annually.
Tuition payments start in July and end in May. There is a $200 surcharge for installment payment plans (monthly or bi-monthly) that will be added to the tuition listed above.

Financial Aid
The application process for the following two scholarships is handled through the FACTS website each spring:
- Holy Family Scholarship – incoming Preschool thru 8th grade*.
- Kamehameha Schools Kipona & Pauahi Keiki Program – Hawaiian ancestry
The following financial aid opportunities are specific to preschool students, only, and applications are processed on their respective websites. Please check there for qualifications and deadlines.
- State of Hawaii Childcare Subsidy Program – need-based aid
- Child Care Aware of America – Military & DoD families
- USDA Child Care Subsidy – Federal Employees
Sibling Discount: We are happy to announce that our HFCA sibling discount program has expanded (effective SY 2024-25) as follows:
1st child: Full tuition
2nd child: 10% off
3rd child: 20% off
4th child: 30% off
5th child and beyond: Free tuition
New Family Referral Program: awards a referring family with a one-time $350 tuition credit for each new family who enrolls and completes the school year. The one-time credit is applied in FACTS to the final tuition payment.

*The Holy Family Scholarship is awarded to enrolled students on a need basis. The average annual award is $1,000.
